Established in 2017 by Larry Masters, Underground Processing is a premier USDA-inspected meat and poultry processing facility located in the heart of Walling, Tennessee. Serving small farmers throughout Tennessee and the Southeastern United States, we are committed to providing high-quality, value-added meat processing services.
Our facility, initially built as NIKO & COMPANY, is the first and only Small Farm Poultry Processing Facility in Tennessee under USDA inspection. After acquiring and transforming the closed NIKO & COMPANY, Larry Masters established Underground Processing. Our doors opened to the public in June 2018, following the receipt of a USDA inspection grant.
We are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services, including slaughtering, processing, and value-added options like smoking, curing, and specialty sausages. Our skilled team is committed to humane handling and processing, ensuring the highest quality standards for every product.
